Modern, Classy and the Envy of Everyone Who Has Seen Our House

This door, by far, makes our house. It is everything we envisioned and pulls our whole design together. While it took a while to be delivered, the team at Black Diamond was amazing, helping every step of the way. The door is so well made, and very heavy, it just "feels" like great quality. Our experience was so great we are thinking about other doors we can swap out to match this new front door. This is one of those purchases where you sit back and say, "worth every cent".

Door was great, but it's not as described

I bought this as a door in the jamb, it showed up in two pieces of the jam in the door. This is not how it stated on the website, I called to inquire about a discount for the extra labor it was going to cost me and they pretty much blew me off. The door is nice, but a little bit of customer service would've got a long way.

Door looks good but no door jam came

The door looks nice but a door jam wasn't sent with it. I thought the door was pre-hung and the customer service said it was but it wasn't shipped with a door jam and never got any other boxes with a door jam.
