Returns & Replacement Policy

At Precision Slide & Ironworks, every door is crafted with care. Most of our products are considered custom-made once an order is placed. Because of this, returns and cancellations are extremely limited. Our goal is to ensure your door arrives in perfect condition while maintaining a fair and transparent process.

1. Custom Orders

All iron doors, whether custom-sized or pre-built sizes, are treated as made-to-order products. Production time is typically 12–14 weeks, and during busy seasons may extend to up to 18 weeks. Lead times are estimates and may vary.

Because each order begins fabrication immediately, all sales are final and cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Pre-Built / In-Stock Doors

If a door is already produced and ready to ship, delivery may take up to 8 weeks depending on freight scheduling and location. Lead times are not guaranteed.

3. Damage on Arrival

If your door arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

If the frame is bent, cracked, or structurally damaged, a replacement door will be issued at no cost. Monetary refunds are not standard for damaged shipments.

4. Glass Issues

Glass-related issues (scratches, cracks, sealing defects) must be reported within 14 days. In many cases, an approved installer or technician may be required to inspect the door before a replacement panel is issued.
