1. General Agreement

By purchasing from Precision Slide & Ironworks, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein. All sales are final due to the custom-built nature of iron doors and steel fabrication products.

2. Warranty & Disclaimer

Precision Slide & Ironworks provides a limited 1-year warranty covering craftsmanship and structural integrity only. This warranty excludes: surface wear, scratches, rust, glass damage, water exposure, condensation, installation issues, weather-stripping, finishes, fading, and any damage caused by improper handling or installation.

Rust is not covered under any circumstance. Iron and steel products exposed to moisture, rain, washing, sprinklers, or inadequate overhang protection may rust naturally.

3. Custom Orders (Strict Policy)

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason including:

Once fabrication begins, materials and labor are allocated immediately—therefore all custom orders are final.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of metal doors, variations in color, texture, weld marks, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

Replacement is only eligible if a product arrives with verified, documented damage noted on the freight company’s delivery receipt. If damage is not noted at delivery, the claim is automatically void.

Precision Slide & Ironworks is not responsible for:

5. Shipping & Delivery

The customer is responsible for being available during their scheduled delivery window. Missed deliveries may incur storage or redelivery fees charged by the freight carrier. Doors longer than 95" may require a forklift at delivery.

All deliveries are curbside only. Customer must have 2–4 able-bodied persons to unload.

6. Measurements & Installation

The customer and/or their installer are responsible for all final measurements, framing requirements, leveling, sealing, and installation.

Issues involving clearance, reveal, or misalignment are installation-related and not covered by warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Precision Slide & Ironworks’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, or installation-related damages.
