We proudly offer free shipping on all doors to keep your purchase affordable. To maintain free delivery, freight carriers may utilize:

3. Freight Delivery

All iron doors are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight in reinforced wooden crates. Delivery is curbside or driveway only. Drivers are not responsible for moving the crate inside your home or garage, so please arrange help for unloading upon arrival.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once in transit, freight delivery timelines typically fall within:

5. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as the freight carrier provides a tracking number, we will immediately email it to you. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

6. Missed Appointments & Re-Delivery Fees

Freight companies may charge additional fees for missed appointments, re-delivery attempts, or holding freight beyond their standard window. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
